Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que

Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que is one of Anthony Bourdain's "13 places to eat before you die." I had the Z-Man sandwich, which is one of their signature dishes, and Paula had the daily special which was a pork sandwich.

Being from Texas, I would have to say that it's good but we prefer Texas Bar-B-Que.
